Founder's statement

I created The Girls' Manual because I saw too many brilliant Black women being underestimated, underpaid, and underprepared for the economic shifts shaping our future. I've always believed that when women have the right information, the right systems, and the right community, everything changes. My work sits at the intersection of skill-building, wealth education, and identity transformation.

The Girls' Manual was founded with a clear mission: to equip Black women with the knowledge, tools, and community they need to build successful careers, create wealth, and live intentionally. A space where questions could be asked without judgment. Where real strategies are shared openly. Where growth is intentional, not accidental.

Our Story

The Girls' Manual was created from a simple but powerful realization: too many Black women are navigating life, career, and money without access to the right information, the right rooms, or the right guidance.

For years, women have been told to "work hard" but not taught how to build wealth, leverage opportunities, or move strategically. TGM was built to change that.

What started as a desire to share knowledge has evolved into a powerful ecosystem where women don't just learn; they transform.

Today, The Girls' Manual is a space where ambition is nurtured, skills are built, wealth is created, and women step fully into their power.
