Welcome to The Girls Manual! By joining this community, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. These guidelines are in place to ensure a respectful, supportive, and enriching experience for all members.

1. Membership & Code of Conduct

  • The Girls Manual is a community built on respect, collaboration, and empowerment. All members are expected to engage in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or any form of disrespect towards members, community managers, or moderators will not be tolerated.

  • Any member who exhibits unruly, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior will be removed from the community immediately, with no refund.

  • Decisions regarding membership termination are at the sole discretion of The Girls Manual team.

  • Your attendance to meetings and engagement within the community is solely your responsibility. 

2. Content & Intellectual Property

  • All live sessions, workshops, and community meetings are recorded and remain the sole property of The Girls Manual.

  • By participating in these sessions, you consent to being recorded and acknowledge that The Girls Manual owns all rights to the content.

  • Recordings may be used for future training, educational purposes, or community resources.

  • Members cannot request the removal or editing of their participation in recorded sessions.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All chargebacks lead to automatic ban and would to recharged to your bank 

  • Refunds are charged at 10% service fee 

4. Membership fees are non-refundable.

  • If a member is removed due to misconduct or a violation of these Terms & Conditions, no refunds will be issued.

  • Any payment disputes or issues must be addressed with The Girls Manual team within 7 days of the transaction.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • Members may share personal financial insights, career strategies, and investment information. All discussions within The Girls Manual are confidential and should not be shared outside the community.

  • Screenshots, recordings, or redistribution of community content without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Amendments & Updates

  • The Girls Manual reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.

  • Continued participation in the community constitutes agreement to the latest version of these terms.

7. Agreement

  • By joining The Girls Manual, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
